Return, Replacement and Cancellation Policy Last updated: 29 October 2026 At BIG — Believe In Growth, we take care to prepare and dispatch orders correctly. Please read this policy before placing an order. 1. Returns and Refunds Due to the personal-care nature of our hair oil products, we do not accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or tampered with merely because a customer changes their mind or is dissatisfied with a personal preference. For hygiene and product-safety reasons, we also do not accept routine returns of correctly supplied products once delivered, except where required by applicable law. 2. Damaged, Defective, Leaking, or Incorrect Products If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or different from the product you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number and clear photographs or a video showing the issue. We will review the complaint and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with applicable law. Please retain the product and its packaging until the issue is resolved. 3. Order Cancellation You may request cancellation before your order has been dispatched. Cancellation is subject to confirmation by BIG. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not accepted as a routine option. If the parcel is already with the delivery partner, we may be unable to stop it. This does not affect any cancellation, refund, or other rights available to you under applicable law. 4. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery Customers are responsible for providing a correct delivery address and contact number. If delivery fails because of incorrect details or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply to a re-delivery where permitted and communicated in advance. 5.
